Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TempTask, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

TempTask is a productivity tool that allows you to create ephemeral to-do lists without signing up or logging in. Each list automatically expires after 24 hours, and all its content is permanently deleted. The service is free.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TempTask only for lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to:

  • Upload content that violates any local or international laws
  • Publish copyrighted material without authorization
  • Insert content that promotes hate, discrimination, violence, or illegal activities
  • Use the service to spread spam, malware, or any type of malicious code
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or platform security mechanisms
  • Perform reverse engineering, automated scraping, or any use that compromises the availability of the service

Responsibility for Content

TempTask operates as a neutral channel for transmitting information. TempTask does not monitor, endorse, or consent to any content uploaded by users that infringes laws, third-party rights, or these policies. The responsibility for the inserted content lies exclusively with the user who created it. We reserve the right to take appropriate technical and legal measures against abusive or illegal use.

Usage Limits

To ensure service availability for everyone, we apply technical limits:

  • Up to 8 lists per device every 24 hours
  • Up to 32 tasks per list
  • Rate limits per minute, hour, and day per device and network (IP)

These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

Availability

TempTask is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may interrupt, modify, or terminate the service at any time, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The TempTask name, logo, design, and source code of the service are the property of TempTask. The content inserted by users into tasks is not claimed as the property of TempTask.

Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The last updated date will always be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
